All original artwork released from Morning Hawk Creations is hand rendered and signed by the artist. You will receive a certificate of authenticity with your piece guaranteeing it's originality, and quality. You will also receive a care guild so that you may enjoy your piece for years to come. If you are not satisfied with your purchase just return it within 14 business days for a full refund. Art must be returned in same condition it was received. If your art arrives in the mail with damage due to shipping mishandling or other apparent surface flaws, we will replace the piece or refund your money, but we cannot refund money when no apparent flaws are present. Shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. This guaranty does not apply to pieces damaged after they were received. Custom Work/ Commissions: From the original consultation, layout, choice of color pallet, amount of detail, size, media- you have a say in it all. You can be as involved as you wish! In order to validate your guaranty, your specifications will be documented in writing so that there are no questions on what you expect to receive. All supplied reference pictures will be approved by the artist prior to commencement of work. You will receive a "proof" of the layout before work begins. If you do not love it, I can create one more layout adjusted to your suggestions and ideas free of charge. Once the layout and color pallet is approved; and I begin detailing it, only minor changes can be made. No work shall be started until the layout is approved! (including any applicable color pallet) and the down payment of 50% of the final cost** is made. I will post work as it is done online so that you can track work as it happens and contact me if you need to clarify things or "tweak" the art as it comes along. Unless requested; I will not post it directly on the website unless requested by the client until after the piece is completed and received. Your art is created by hand- it is NOT computer generated! It is entirely unique to every other piece out there. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your piece upon it's completion I will either correct it until you are satisfied or your money back. Gifts created off of original work will be granted a 100% Money Back guaranty. These items are outsourced and therefore not rendered by the artist. In the event that material cost should exceed $40.00, there will be no refund for materials purchased after approval of design & color pallet. This is rare occurrence and applies to unusual or "custom made" stretched canvas' or other unusual material* that may have been requested by the client. These materials (with cost) will be listed on the commission contract along with the receipt issued to the client. Since the standard material in which art is rendered is not applicable in this case- pieces ordered on unusual material are not covered under the standard wear & tear advise sheets. Art pieces rendered
from photos typically take 4 to 6 weeks to complete. Upon receipt of your down
payment, I will contact you with an estimated completion date for your custom
portrait art. (All custom portraits are created in the order in which they are
received.) Shipping & Handling: Shipping cost will depend on how large your custom portrait is. I will only charge you the exact amount for shipping.. No hidden cost. Once your portrait is completed, I will pack and weigh it, then send you the estimated shipping cost, upon which time, you will pay the balance with the shipping and handling included. After receiving your payment I will send it out, then email the UPS tracking number to you. If your art arrives in the mail with damage due to shipping mishandling or other apparent surface flaws, we will replace the piece or refund your money, but we cannot refund money when no apparent flaws are present. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
**50% of final cost does not include framing & matting or shipping & handling since that cost cannot be determined until the piece is complete. *Unusual material would include items such a saw blades, untreated wood, stone, concrete, plaster, metal, glass, plastic, fabrics, clothing- Etc etc. Any pieces purchased and stored or displayed against the guidelines offered in the care sheets are not covered by the one year warranty or the satisfaction guaranty.
